I had a problem with my Blackberry 9800 I had called Eddie and brought my phone in to him, he did great work and was able to fix my phone in what seemed like a flash.  Eddie is GREAT i would recommend him to anyone who needs a phone to be fixed.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN...

How I loved my little Blackberry 9100 to stay in touch with friends and family. Unfortunately, the charging port failed and the unit would no longer work. So what is one to do to go for help?

First stop Rogers Smart Phone stores at Promenade Mall and then Markville Mall resulting in nothing but grief, no service or caring whatsoever. By luck a retail seller of Smart Phones at Markville Mall tipped me off about a place near Kennedy and Steeles Avenue. After some surfing on the net I found Toronto Repair and decided to drop in there the following day.

To my delight I met Eddie, the store owner, who was the most helpful person, I possibly could have come across. Within less then 30 minutes, he provide me with a separate battery charger for a price that I found most reasonable.

So needless to say Eddie, you are one great guy and I hope you are still there one day when I may need you again!

Like many other people here, I had called around to several different repair shops & got as many answers to the cost to replace the screen on my Blackbery 9700. After speaking to Eddie, I made a few more calls and remained impressed with his answers to my questions and found the price he quoted to be more reasonable than anywhere else (half their cost of the most expensive place I spoke to). I live in downtown Toronto, and within 2 blocks of a few of the places I spoke with, but I chose to drive for 35 minutes to Eddie's shop in The Splendid China Tower Mall...and it was worth it :) As it turned out, Eddie once worked for the place I got the WORST impression from over the phone earlier that day and started his modest little business as a reaction to what he saw while working there. Eddie's a knowledgeable, competent & nice guy who deserves your business because he does good work and doesn't want to gouge his customers - he wants to help them!

I foolishly took my phone apart in an attempt to fix some of the buttons which I thought had become loose from dropping the phone accidnetally.....when I put the phone back together my SIM Card would no longer read.....Brand new Blackberry 9860 not even released two months. Eddie was not only able to diagnose the problem but had it fixed and back in my hands in only a few short days! Did I mention this phone hadn't even been relased on the market 2 months? Eddie.....I OWE YOU BIG TIME!!!!! Your skill, professionalism and most importantly dedication to customer service are second to none! :) Sincerely,

Andrew.

I had a problem with my Itouch 3rd generation when my home button wasnt working. My warranty was past and I called Apple and they told me that to repair or exchange it would cost almost $ 200 dollars. So I found this company and sent an email to Eddie who much it would cost to repair my home button and he told me 35 dollars. I went over and he repaired it less then 20 minutes for me. It saved me a lot of money and its just like new. I highly would try this company. Thanks from Chris.

I don’t usually endorse anything but in this case I feel compelled to and it’s the least I can do. First all I wish to clarify that I’m just a regular person like you and I have no connection to Eddie or Toronto Repair. After my cell phone screen went white and my ear piece was broken on my old Motorola Razr I went on the journey to find a reputable and honest establishment that could do good work at a reasonable price. Not knowing much about cell phone repair I realized that I was at the mercy of those in the know. Although I did my research on the internet, after circling the city approaching many a repair shop I was given estimates that ranged from the costly to the absurd with an assortment of explanations of what was wrong with my phone. I was just about to resign myself to the fact that there just isn’t anyone out there that knows what they’re doing or wants to squeeze as much money as they can from me when someone told me of this place, Toronto Repair and a guy named Eddie. I thought to myself, ok, one more time but honestly I wasn’t expecting much. SURPRISE!!! He actually talked to me about what the problem was and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. It was done and I can’t be happier. In short I WILL go back to him and refer his establishment to anyone that I can. I know that there are doubters out there but believe me, give it a shot.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!
I had dropped my Blackberry Curve 8530 in water and it was not working for 2 weeks. I took it to Bell, Wireless Wave, and a couple privately owned places, all of which told me the phone was useless and I needed a new one. Within 15 minutes of visiting Eddie at Toronto Repair Inc., I was told that it was not only fixable, but it could be done in 30 minutes and for a very afforable price! Service was very impressive and I was very pleased!
Thank you Toronto Repair Inc., my Blackberry is as good as new!

I dropped my BlackBerry 9700 when exiting a taxi and while the telephone was functional, the bezel and housing were damaged.  After visiting a competitor who did an expensive, incomplete, and mediocre repair, I was grateful to find Toronto Repair Inc.  Not only was the repair completed properly, but it cost a third of the price I paid elsewhere, and was accomplished in literally the time it took me to introduce myself.

As they say in the navy "Listen up"
I tripped on a site that said "honest electronic repairs!!! You know, they all say that!!!
Well i called "Eddie", his pleasant tone got my ear!
so, down i went with my apple i-pod.

The shop was as classy as the beautiful mall there was eddie,in a small shop that had beautiful displays of his trade, i walked in with 4800 songs that i truly treasured, not to mention the time it took to load them!!!!!
he saved my songs, all of them, with a new mother board!!for a incredible price, his professional skills, his honesty, and his people skills are of the highest order!
Don't miss this experience.

Thank you once again for providing an exceptional service at a fair price.  Your workmanship and attention to detail allow your business to rise above the rest.  You truly are an honest, hard working fella...

Btw, to anyone reading this... If you happen to go swimming with your 3gs phone in your pocket, Eddie can fix that too!!  He did it for me!  My phone worked like new in less than an hour... Amazing.

I accidentally broke my iPhone 3G LCD screen.
On the way, my "home button" stopped working I called the shop and was answered by Eddie.
He told me it'd take about 35 minutes to fix (including free iPhone case or screen protector) I took my iPhone to the shop and indeed the fix took about 35 minutes.
My frame was broken also and was replaced at no additional price.
(If you check the prices on eBay, you will get the LCD and the home button are around the price of their repairs. So, the price is really very reasonable and it takes only 30 minutes to get your iPhone fixed)

Will recommend the shop to anyone who's in need for repair

My iphone wasn't vibrating anymore, I brought it in and they fixed it in 10 minutes for a great price! Can't beat that, other places I went said they would take a few days to fix it and it would have costed more.  Thanks :)

Very quick and professional service. I was very satisfied, and repairing is so much cheaper than buying new.
